12 Tips To Start Your Day Right!

There is nothing worse than starting the day on a bad note. Things happen that we can’t control but we start to focus on a few steps that can take to bring a little peace and joy to our morning.

 LET’S GO

  1. Open the curtains and let the sunlight in.
  2. Tell your whoever shares your home that you love them.
  3. Shake it till you make it! Thrown on your favorite tunes and dance while you’re showering, getting dressed or making breakfast in the morning.
  4. Get dressed in clothes that make you feel good about yourself. Even if you have nowhere to go, dress like you do.
  5. Eat a healthy breakfast that includes protein, healthy fats, and fruit or veggies.
  6. Drink a glass of water. Hydrate your system.
  7. Think of three things you’d like to accomplish that day and write them down.
  8. Take five minutes to tidy up before you leave the house.
  9. Smile.
  10. Start your day giving thanks and being grateful.
  11. Decide how you want to feel today.
  12. Glance at your vision board.
